In Innovation there exists multiple factors that must be managed paying special attention. The talent is not only one of them, but one of the key factors that determines if an organization or company is capable for innovating. The talent of an organization is found in the people taking part of it, and in the work organisation systems that are implemented by them or others, but that they all use in practice. The management of the talent is basic for a positive and effective management of the ideas, the creativity and even to establish the direction and sense to guide a company, this is, it is key in all the strategic levels of innovation and of any company that tries to be competitive.
