It provides a comprehensive framework that can be used for sales and marketing management of any organization. Associate Certification - The entry modules (first two chapters) of each SMBOK® Guide are available, free of charge, for those interested. All aspects of Sales and Marketing provide an Associate Certification level (eg " SMstudy® Certified Marketing Strategy Associate"). Certification exams are free and unsupervised; and candidates have one hour to complete each test. No work experience is necessary and there is no requirement of mandatory training hours, appart from the recommended study.

COURSE: Professional Certification - All aspects of Sales and Marketing have a Professional Certification Level (eg "Certified SMstudy® Marketing Strategy Professional"). Certification exams are supervised and candidates have two hours to complete each exam. The prerequisite is to have studied the relevant part of the SMstudy® Guide, emphasis on inputs, tools and outputs for each relevant process, and the aspect of marketing in particular. It is not necessary to provide work experience and no requirement of minimum hours of aditional training is required,apart from recommended study. People who pass the certification exams of three or more professional modules will be granted additional certification an "Certificate SMstudy® Sales and Marketing Professional".

COURSE: Especialist Certification - All aspects of sales and marketing have an Specialist Certification Level (eg "Certified SMstudy® Marketing Strategy Specialist"). Certification exams are supervised and candidates have three hours to complete each exam. Prerequisites to attempt the professional-level certification for that specific aspect is a study of all inputs, tools and outputs for each process, three years of related work experience, and twenty hours mandatory education. People who pass the certification exams of three or more specialized modules obtain additional certification called "Certificate SMstudy® Sales and Marketing Specialist."

COURSE: Expert Certification - All aspects of sales and marketing have an Expert Certification level (eg, "Certified SMstudy® as Marketing Strategy Expert"). Certification exams are supervised and candidates have four hours to complete each exam. Prerequisites to attempt the professional-level certification for that specific aspect is a study of all inputs, tolos and outputs of each process, seven years job related experience, 40 hours mandatory education, and recomendations from collegues and one from a manager. People who pass the certification exams of three or more specialized modules obtain additional certification called "Certification SMstudy® as Sales and Marketing Expert."

The certification body of these training courses in the field of Marketing is ATSMstudy, which is a global certification body in Sales and Marketing. It is the author of the "Sales and Marketing Body of Knowledge Guide" or SMBOK® Guide providing guidelines for the sales and marketing of products and services in any organization.
