This section covers the full scope of quality management, from all points of view and latest trends. The quality management requires having an overview of business processes and management and their control. It is important to differentiate clearly between what is "quality control" and a "quality system or quality management system", customers do not buy a system and do buy products or services. The focus of a quality management system is to ensure various aspects, depending on the approach. Quality systems are not equal in their approach and key aspects of control and management, but they all have as decisive, approach to customer satisfaction. The product or service is the result of various processes, not only the fact of manufacture (production) or provision (services), and therefore to improve the qualitative and even quantitative performance, it is necessary to include other processes within the control, standardization and systematization. Lean Six Sigma, based in Six Sigma as quality system principles, but simultaneously performed in accordance with the LEAN principles, as waste reduction, time management, customer value, order and visual harmony of the environment, zero stock, eliminating the effect "reaching end month! GMP y GDP, represent the Good Manufacturing or Distribution Paractices, with their origin in the pharma sector, are a series of focus in which companies can center their attention for processes and business quality mangement, limited in one case to manufacturing and to distribution in the other.

  8. Examine the data collected in the earlier phase to determine a prioritized list of sources variation
  9. Explore potential causes (potential X’s for causation) and determine the impact of each X has on the response Y
  10. Determine the optimum level of vital few X’s
  11. Validate measurement system for X’s
  12. Verify process improvement
  13. Develop control mechanism to ensure sustenance of the improved process
